Your subscription
How do I view the digital lectures and productions?
Once you have subscribed or purchased pay-as-you-go credits, please use your credits to redeem any available title from within the digital library. Once a title is redeemed, it can be viewed for 7 days (168 hours). Visit “My Account” to view a record of the contents you have redeemed.
How will I be able to view new works that will be released later in the year?
Visit our Coming Soon to stay tuned for upcoming releases. This page is updated periodically so please check back frequently! Please login and purchase additional credits if you run out.
Is there an age restriction to the subscription?
As some digital creations are rated R21, you must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration to subscribe to T:>Digital.
Can I gift a T:>Digital subscription?
We are still in the process of making this available. Please email subscriptions.tworks@gmail.com so that we can inform you as soon as this becomes available!
How do I edit my T:>Digital account profile?
Once you are logged into your account, visit “Edit profile” under your name in the navigation bar in the top left-hand corner. You can change details to your name, email, and password. Note: usernames cannot be changed.
Forgot your password?
Please click “Login” at the top left hand corner > Click “Lost your password?” > Enter your username or registered email address to get a password reset link.

Can I watch the title(s) I’ve redeemed more than once?
You have unlimited access to your redeemed title(s) within each 7-day (168 ) watch period. If you wish to view your selected title(s) after the watch period ends, the title must be redeemed again with available credits on your account.
Credit Related Questions
What happens to unused credits from my annual subscription?
Unused credits will be rolled over into the next subscription cycle if you renew your subscription.
I am subscribed and have used up all my credits, can I purchase more credits?
Yes, additional credits can be purchased for S$10 each or S$28 for a bundle of 5. Please login and visit the subscriptions page to purchase additional credits.
Can I view titles without a subscription?
Yes, you may purchase pay-as-you-go credits without a subscription for S$15/credit. Please create a free account to purchase pay-as-you-go credits. Once logged in, visit the subscriptions page where you will see the option to purchase individual credits at the bottom of the page.
Pay-as-you-go credits (S$15/credit) are individual credits that can be used to redeem titles in the digital library at any point in time. This is good for non-subscribed users who may only want to see a specific title. For the full range of T:>Digital benefits, we recommend our annual subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept debit/credit cards via Stripe.
Will you have other payment modes available?
We are in the process of exploring other payment methods to cater to more audiences — do keep a lookout on our website for updates.
Cancellation
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once logged in, select “My Account” from the drop down under your name on the navigation bar. Under “Current membership” towards the bottom of the page, you will see a button that says “Cancel.”
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription, you will lose any available credits left in your account. You will be able to continue logging into your account to purchase individual credits without a subscription, and renew your subscription at any time.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. We seek your understanding on this matter.
Can I deactivate my account completely?
Please email us at subscriptions.tworks@gmail.com to de-activate your account.
